Hello world!

Midlife, But Not in Crisis
I hit the big 50 this year! Unless I live to 100, more than half of my life is behind me. One half a century is substantial. Midlife is a reflective place. It’s a time when individuals often reassess their accomplishments, priorities, and futures, seeking a deeper sense of purpose and fulfillment. This 360 view of my life led me to reach for more self-development and education. I chose coaching. My hope is that when my children all graduate from high school, and leave my home, this work will benefit others and satisfy me. In my journey of self-awareness, I have realized how beneficial and fun it is to get to know oneself better.
This was one of the reasons why, when I was introduced to C.O.R.E., I scooped it up. I took the test. My family took the test and I began to see myself and others through the lens of C.O.R.E. By understanding my C.O.R.E. temperament, I could see the reason behind many of my choices. I also saw my family in a new way — creating more compassion, empathy and appreciation for them.
Life is like riding a bicycle, to keep your balance, you must keep moving.
-Albert Einstein
A Bit About Me
What temperament am I, you ask? O, with a strong dose of R and C. I tend to see the world as a happy, beautiful place to be. I love quotes like, “come what may and love it” and “things have a way of working out”. I adore people! I like meeting new people and hearing their stories. I cherish my friends and reap the benefit of decades of friendship. I also love moving and being outside. I enjoy hiking, skiing, pickleball, paddle boarding and yoga. I am always up for adventure.
Finding Balance in It All
My five children keep me hopping and the R in me helps with my mom job I call “moving children”. It’s one thing to get things done yourself, but a whole other thing to get kids to get things done. All the moms out there know what I am talking about. The R part of me enjoys writing lists and crossing them off. I have lists for days. The tug of war between having fun and getting things done is real.
I am thrilled to be joining the Healthy and Happy coaching team. I am happy to add my 50 years of experience and education (B.S. Elementary Education, Brigham Young University — Health and Wellness Certification, Georgetown University) to help others through this fantastic program. I am thankful for my husband, Jason, for being my base to allow me to climb. Namaste.

I have been browsing online more than 4 hours today,
yet I never found any interesting article like
yours. It is pretty worth enough for me. Personally, if all
website owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the net will be much more useful than ever
before.
