A Drained Battery

Have you ever gotten out of bed and pulled your cellphone off the charger… Just to find that it hadn’t recharged during the night
The same thing can happen to us! 

You know those mornings when you wake up and it still feels like the middle of the night, instead of feeling recharged and ready for the day? Sometimes, we think that we’re giving our bodies all they need to recharge through the night, but you still wake up feeling DRAINED? 

When you wake and STILL FEEL EMPTY, you are limited in what you have to give in your relationships. Because you can’t give what you don’t have!

As you have likely experienced, this leads to a smaller window of tolerance and increased conflict in relationships. And that drains you even further. 
Day to day living takes a toll on our bodies! We are often left feeling emotionally taxed and physically taxed. Our brains actually incur little micro-injuries, most of which get healed through healthy sleep patterns. 

But that means that we need quality sleep, not just time with our heads against the pillow, tossing and turning all night.

What’s Next?

This month, we are focusing on topics from my ‘Neurology Made Easy’ module! Neurology made easy focuses on the three simple things: sleep, nutrition, and exercise. These simple things give our brains what they need to do what WE need them to do, like create healthy neurotransmitters and facilitate the process of neuro-transmission! When our brains aren’t healthy, we can’t he healthy…and Healthy+Happy is the goal! We don’t want to settle for anything less.
